Sweeping what needs to be swept. Caring for what needs to be cared for. Not taking one being or thing for granted.
November 25, 2009
My life is filled with simple activities, daily relationships, and ordinary moments. I blend with them like my brothers and sisters, embracing the wisdoming of their support and interdependency within my heart.
I practice moving from one activity and relationship to the next without grasping or pushing away. Meeting each one, I relinquish all thoughts of higher or lower, better or worse, exciting or boring.
Even the seemingly least important object, being, or activity illuminates my core Self and enlightens this Only Moment Body with bright wisdoming and compassion.
This is the joy of my everyday life — sweeping what needs to be swept, caring for what needs to be cared for, wholeheartedly attending to who and what I meet, teaching the Way of enlightened life, guiding others to reach their fullest human potentials, and not taking one being or thing for granted.
"This is my spiritual refuge and precious treasure: being the Way of boundless intimacy with all beings and things while loving, caring, and doing — honoring my accountability to Oneness right here and now, and clarifying the practice of ease, healing, and joy in this Only Moment Body of enlightened life."
With blessings and one bow,
